Poor communication We received multiple calls from different Wilkins employees asking the same questions re delivery. This was explained to 3 different employees. A fo We received multiple calls from different Wilkins employees asking the same questions re delivery. This was explained to 3 different employees. A fourth caller asked us when we planned to pick up our RV. . They were reminded AGAIN that it was to be delivered. A delivery time was set and the driver showed up two and a half hours early. They wanted to charge us an extra $50 because we were not ready for the drop off. Had they arrived at scheduled time we would have been ready for the drop off. More

Top Notch My wife and I went to Wilkins after we had found a camper on their website that we liked. My father in law said talk to Ally Hakes. If he likes someone it's for a reason.I found out why, she showed me the camper I wanted and didn't stray too far from it. A week later I'm towing it home in complete confidence with the bar setup they hooked me up with. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Everyone is first rate. More

He was courteous and professional and meeting him in person was no different as he was genuinely friendly and sincere. His communication with me before and after our purchase was top notch. He made the experience comfortable and pleasant for our entire family. Jerry our RV tech was top notch going over the entire trailer inside and out making sure we knew about everything. Marc in finance was very cordial and pleasant, and finalized the purchase without any worries. I will highly recommend Wilkens RV and their professional staff to everyone I know, and will use them again in the future. We look forward to traveling with our trailer for years to come.
