EASY, PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. NOT MY FIRST RODEO EITHER. I TRAVELED 6.5 HOURS FROM THE BOSTON AREA TO PURCHASE A PARTICULAR UNIT THAT WILKINS HAD ON HAND. It started with our saleswoman Helen, she was very nice & funny, Everyone at Wilkins in Bath was friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to deal with. It started with our saleswoman Helen, she was very nice & funny, helpful & knowledgeable, but she was never pushy. She guided us through the process but never pushed us in any one direction. She gave us the information and let us decide what was best for us. Next came Tim who showed us our new camper. He knew it from top to bottom and front to back. He took the time to show us everything about it and answer any questions we had. Being a "camper" himself he had a working knowledge not just a technical knowledge. Then there was Joe who showed us around the parts dept. and store. He too gave us some very good advise without being pushy. He helped us without trying to sell us everything in the store. And last was Eric who made the paperwork as simple and pleasurable as that stuff can be. Again friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. From start to finish an absolutely great experience. We would recommend Wilkins, and especially the people we dealt with, to anyone who wants to be guided & helped, not pushed, when making such a big and important purchase. More
