Thank you for that Rick because we are 1st time buyers, there are things we wouldn't have noticed that could help or hinder our family needs. He even tracked through the snow storm with us while letting us preview trailers for 2 hours. Tim our service tech did a thorough orientation of our new trailer, from bumper to bumper inside and out. Super happy with our purchase and Gary, our salesman We out grew our first camper from Wilkins, so we went back "just to look". We told our salesman Gary what we needed and wanted in a new camper. He looked at the inventory on the lot and we went looking. We found a few that we liked. He did tell us that there was a model that was coming in soon, that he thought we might like, and he would call us when it came in. When the model got to the Bath store Gary called us and we went down to see it. He nailed it!! It was perfect!! My husband and I both fell in love with it. Even our teenage son loved it!! This RV was made for us!! The one on the lot was already sold, so we ordered a new one. It didn't take very long to get it at all. Everyone that we dealt with at the dealership was very helpful and professional. Wilkins will be the place we go when we are ready to purchase our retirement RV. :) We have named our 5th wheel the Taj Macamper and we can't wait until the campground opens so we can camp in style and sit by the campfire with all our camping friends.
