Drove 3 and a half hrs from Austin to Conroe to pick up a new 2025 Hyundai Palisade from this dealership only to find out that the car wasn't in great shape. It had paint coming off, external damage on the frame (that couldn't be fixed I was told), etc. The sales guy, Jason, said he missed those issues during the inspection. There is no way someone in this line of business didn't notice something as prominent as that (or they have to be too bad at their work to miss it. Poor, either way). And his manager, Bryce, wasn't of any use either. We had to return without a car eventually. And zero remorse or regret about the mistakes on their part. Almost like they knew it all along and were only hoping someone wouldn't notice and leave with the car. No wonder it has been sitting in their lot for months. Very shady dealership. Avoid this place (especially if you coming in from a distance) More
