I was in a pinch before traveling for a 2 week vacation. I came in 15 minutes before closing and looking for some help with a tonneau cover for the back of my truck and needed assistance immediately. After deciding to purchase my second new car from White River Toyota, I was fortunate to be able to snag Lucas to help me out with availability, pricing and approximate trade in value of my present car. I was impressed by his knowledge of what was available, what was possible to get within a few months and trade in value. After ordering a new 2022 Rav 4 to be delivered in 3-4 months I was glad that Lucas kept me in mind when a 2023 with the color and features that I wanted became available. We bought a new BZ4x electric SUV. We knew what we wanted, but Hannah walked us through the options and kept us informed at every step of the way while we waited for the car to arrive. She explained the important features when it arrived very thoroughly And Hannah has a warm and friendly personality that made her a pleasure to work with. The final step with the business manager was also much quicker than I have experienced elsewhere. He didn't waste our time and there was no pressure on options.
