great first experience I'm in my 50s and I never had to buy a car for myself before now. I was very nervous and afraid that I wold be taken advantage of. That was so not t I'm in my 50s and I never had to buy a car for myself before now. I was very nervous and afraid that I wold be taken advantage of. That was so not the case. Justin and Tim were both very helpful and made sure that I didn't pay any more than necessary and that I got what I wanted. I was thinking bigger but Justin helped me to find the vehicle that was just right for my family. He was right and I am so happy with my Rav4! Tim answered all of my financial questions without making me feel silly! It was a great experience. If the service that I get is anywhere near as great as the buying experience, I'll be a customer forever. More
