Justin was great as I was purchasing a very specific Prius Prime. Just when the car arrived in the US, Toyota put a stop sale on all 2024 Prius Primes because of a serious issue. First time experience purchasing a new Toyota at this dealership. Very positive experience with initial internet chats since we live a distance away but in Vermont.
