Another positive experience Unfamiliar dashboard light came on thursday morning. After perusing the book for a few minutes, I decided to drop in at WRToyota as I was on Sykes Av Unfamiliar dashboard light came on thursday morning. After perusing the book for a few minutes, I decided to drop in at WRToyota as I was on Sykes Ave. Spoke to Chris and he explained it was a tire pressure light....after checking and adding air to all of my tires ( right rear was the lowest pressure), he had the truck rinsed as it was filthy and I was on my way. The next morning, the light came on again. I drove over to WRToyota to get advice. Chris and Nate got me into a service appt and the truck was being evaluated within a few minutes. Service found a screw in the side of my rear tire. I have been a WRToyota customer since arriving here in 1990 and I continue to purchase vehicles from this dealership partially because of the wonderful service I have had here for the past 27 years. Once again, I am delighted by the work of the service department and the overall customer focus of this dealership. More

had a great experance I have bought 3 Toyota's from other dealers in the last 6 or 7 years,I couldn't get a deal from White River Toyota,,this time I was heading that weeke I have bought 3 Toyota's from other dealers in the last 6 or 7 years,I couldn't get a deal from White River Toyota,,this time I was heading that weekend to Portland Maine when Alexis called for a followup on a quote,I told her how she stood and she called me back with a deal I couldn't say NO too,She did a great job in final sales and finance did a great job to get me lowest finance charges,They even found a scratch that I didnt see when looking at it on the final pickup and went over and above to get that fixed like new,,Will for sure check with White River Toyota next year when I am going to be looking for a car for Fla. and I love the 2018 Toundra TRD sport that I bought and my 2016 Tacoma TRD will make a great pickup for someone,,that was a great truck I just needed a larger one to haul a trailer to Fla this fall More

New truck in less than three hours !!! I found the truck online that I wanted. I called and spoke with John first thing in the morning to drive down and see it. John called back in ten minutes apologizing the truck had sold last night but two trucks just like the one I wanted would be on the lot in two weeks. John kept me in the loop with phone call updates on the status of trucks arrival. He even came in on his day off because that was the only day I could make it down. I arrived early and David Bennett helped me look at the two trucks until John came in. It took less than three hours from when I walked in the door until I drove off the lot with my NEW 2018 Tundra.
