Inviting, non-pressure dealership We decided this year it was time to trade in our 2000 Tundra and were looking towards either a Tacoma or changing to a Ford F150. We had gone to two dealerships in Vermont (one Toyota and one Ford) before a friend suggested we stop in at White River Toyota. Sarah Reynolds came to our assist immediately - answered questions, let us try the truck and never pressured us to make a "quick decision". - we had been pressed to make a quick decision at a different dealership. We decided to go with White River Then we met with Bill Severance and Chris Hatch - both men were again inviting and did not rush us into anything. We will highly recommend White River Toyota to friends - especially Sarah who made us feel like family. Dropped me at the door of my work, picked me up right on time/ Car was done as promised, price was less than expected. I had called Friday afternoon after having an altercation with a parking garage support column with my passenger side mirror. Parts person was able to order the part that day, it arrived when promised and I was able to get the appointment for the repair to fit my schedule. Overall, it would have only been better if it was free! More
