In 15-16 I bought a new Prius Prime from this dealer, was trading in a 1 year old Prius with less than 10,000 miles, had a KBB trade in price of 22,000$. Their offer was 14,900$ after 6 hours and proof of t trading in a 1 year old Prius with less than 10,000 miles, had a KBB trade in price of 22,000$. Their offer was 14,900$ after 6 hours and proof of the KBB offer they met it, signed the paperwork and got in the car to drive home, "OOh, wait" it had 2,000 miles on it. 2 days later had problems went to the local Toyota dealer, they found a port installed theft system, wanted 500$ to remove it, thanks White River Toyota. Last year I called and got quoted 100$ to install my TPMS into my Toyota Rav4 wheels, got there, took 4 hours was 350$ and they were rude. So, the sales department is dishonest, and the service department is worse. IMHP, YMMV Why this report, just got an Email from them trying to sell me a new car. More
