From start to finish, the entire staff — especially our Sales Consultant, Tyler, and the finance manager — were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely courteous. Even the Internet consultant personally greeted us upon our arrival! They took the time to answer every question thoroughly and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. What impressed us most was the transparency and integrity that ran through the whole process. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, with no surprises and no games. That kind of straightforward dealing is rare, and it made all the difference. We've purchased a number of cars, trucks, and SUVs over the past 40 years. Of all of them, this was hands-down the best experience we've ever had. We credit that entirely to Tyler and the outstanding team with whom he works. Our sales lady Rose was awesome! She listened to every concern that we had and she worked with our schedule and where we could be available to meet her seeing how we were traveling o She listened to every concern that we had and she worked with our schedule and where we could be available to meet her seeing how we were traveling over five hours to meet her and to see a car that we had only seen online. Everybody was friendly and Rose listened to all of our questions and answer. Everything is completely as possible.
