good service but issue not resolved Will and the service dept worked diligently to find a rattle in my 2013 GS 350. He even greatly exceeded the number of hours that I paid for. He suggested that we stop the search as they would need to start charging and get into body work. This is the right call. I am disappointed in the Lexus product. I have moved away from other brands because of rattles. I thought Lexus was different. I guess not. I will be looking at other brands first when it is time for my next ride. More

I had a 5 star car buying experience I didn’t wake up yesterday, planning to buy a car. I called and spoke with Desmond. He polite, professional and engaged in his telephonic approach. He I didn’t wake up yesterday, planning to buy a car. I called and spoke with Desmond. He polite, professional and engaged in his telephonic approach. He asked for my email address and I told him “I’ll be there in a minute!” He didn’t expect to buy an NX but it was a day of unexpectations!! As our visit progressed, I explained if ‘the dance’ of going to the manager for pricing and back to me and back to the manager again was going to be performed, I don’t that dance. He said he told the manager that I would walk if that happened so, it did not. I received a reasonable reduction for the new car and I received a reasonable amount for my trade-in. Desmond made everything so easy. I had to return with my old car title and the second key. Long story short, he filled the gas tank and the car wash was completed by Desmond himself, polishing it up perfectly. There appeared to be a deep, white scratch on the door that wasn’t noticed when I bought the car. I told him not to bother but he asked if I had time for him to bring it back to get buffed out. I said I had and he convinced me to get it done then. He brought the car back to me looking great and I never even looked at the buff out as I praised him for going the extra mile and being so kind. It was a great experience. Everything he did, granted, he was supposed to do, but it was in the way he did everything he did, making it a very comfortable car-buying experience. Thank you Desmond. I had a very easy experience with James Vu as well. Explained the process and even though I explained I don’t buy those Add-Ons, such as prepaying maintenance, etc., he remained courteous and professional. Thank you, as well, James. Merrill was nearby, saw me and said “I know you!” We know each other from Memorial City Hospital, where I work. He mentioned my daughter, who also worked there... he engaged in conversation and filled the moments when Desmond was gone, and we spoke of old friends. He didn’t have to come back a few times to fill the void, and visit. He helped made my experience at Westside Lexus just great! Let me not forget the gentleman who first helped show me the cars in the lot, in that hot, afternoon sun, while Desmond was busy when I first arrived. He was patient and helpful and took good care until Desmond was available. Regretfully, I don’t remember his name, but Desmond does!! Thank you all. More
