His voicemail box is never full, he readily takes notes on all my questions/requests, he is professional, timely and just makes each transactions smooth. In my most recently visit Chris was visibly trying to please many customer and did so with care. While waiting he provided updates, not just a visual eye contact update, oh no, he'd walk over and say "thanks for waiting and your patience..."
