I inquired about the RX 350. Lurie sent me an email later the same day. It was a very specific email about the vehicle in question and told me to send the information on my trade. Before the day was over he had priced the RX 350 I asked about and had an estimate on my trade, of course pending the vehicle was as described, etc. when we brought it in. We made an appointment with Lurie and I felt like I had known this man for quite some time. He was very pleasant, yet very professional. The price he quoted remained as well as as my trade in a little higher than the lower end of the estimate. I KEPT SAYING, THIS IS WHAT CAR BUYING SHOULD BE ABOUT! It is worth my time to know what I will be paying when I arrive. It was a little over 100 miles, but I left with my new Lexus RX 350! Thank you Lurie and Westside Lexus! More
