We had a great experience with Westside Lexus. We purchased a GX550 last Friday. The primary driver of this feeling was Jay Brown. You sell a good product, and your salesforce knows it. I approached two salespersons who did not want to deal with me before they sent me to Shekhar. Shekhar came across as a man who is waiting for his re I approached two salespersons who did not want to deal with me before they sent me to Shekhar. Shekhar came across as a man who is waiting for his retirement and could not care less for the customer. I have heard good things about Lexus's customer focus, but this was far below what I expected.
