Worst experience EVER at a car dealership! When I picked up my car from the service department, there was a huge crack in my windshield that was clearly not there when I dropped off my car. The Manager said “ Unfortunately, there must have been an existing chip that was gonna no to eventually become a crack sooner or later”. I will go as far up as I need to in order to get Lexus to take responsibility and replace my windshield at no cost to me. More
