Communication through the process was excellent and appreciated. We ended up buying a used vehicle with 7000 miles so it was like new. I am giving 4 stars because the pressure in finance to buy warranty packages. The attitude by the gentleman was too much. My husband and I were both disturbed by it. Service took care of a couple of minor problems with the car days after I drove it off the lot. Unfortunately, the steering wheel of my car was damaged while they were doing repairs. That took another trip to service but they took care of it by replacing the steering wheel. It was a bit of a hassle but they gave me loaner cars though the process. More

Although my initial experience with Westside Lexus was not that fantastic… I will explain in a minute, Joey was the best person I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership, hands-down. I know lease buyouts don’t always make anybody money, but Joey didn’t care he just wanted to make sure I was taken care of, I said my initial experience wasn’t all that great because I called 4 to 5 times without a phone call back tried leaving messages with multiple different people, and multiple different departments which wasn’t fantastic. I felt like they didn’t really care. I’m very happy to report that Joey took care of me and I will recommend him and be back to see him in the future. It’s because of Joey that I will be back as a recurring customer. I’ve Owned Lexus vehicles for about 10 years. This is my first experience with Westside, so I’m happy that there are people that work at Westside like Joey. It’s people like him that make the car buying experience an OK thing to deal with. More

I was on a waitlist for over 3 months, waiting for the new RX 450+ to arrive. John communicated very well on the status, so that I was not left wondering when I might get a vehicle. I really appreciated new RX 450+ to arrive. John communicated very well on the status, so that I was not left wondering when I might get a vehicle. I really appreciated those updates, so my expectations were not out of line. He was very thorough during the purchase process and in explaining features. I also appreciate that he has followed up after the sale, to let me know he is ready to answer any questions about the vehicle and that he is there to help. Feeling like the relationship is not over after the money changes hands is important to me and a sign of great customer service. More
