Westside Lexus

Going to look at car dealerships is never what I would call fun, but this was easily the most positive experience I have had yet due to our salesperson - Mr. Dallos. When I arrived at your dealership, my husband and I had our 2 year old toddler in tow. To make matters worse, I was 38 weeks pregnant, and that is never a good mix with the Texas heat. Mr. Dallos approached us and asked what we were looking for. We explained we were looking for a Volvo we had seen online. He (very patiently) went with us as we test drove the car separately, since one of us had to stay and tend to our very active toddler. Ideally, we would have been able to leave our toddler with family, but this was a day where everyone was busy and we had limited time to look at cars. I explained my concerns that I currently have a Lexus and am reluctant to change car models. Mr. Dallos was very knowledgeable about both Lexus models and the Volvo we took for a test drive. My very, very least favorite part of looking at cars is the negotiating phase. Mr. Dallos was very forthcoming about what he could do to work with us and took the time to explain the entire process. At no time did I feel like he was overly pushy or rushing us. I felt like he was transparent, even when it was an answer that wasn’t in his best interest to give. It was obvious that he cares about the people he is working with rather than just making quick, easy sales. More
