Couple pretty poor things about the purchasing process: The salesperson (Kim Jesse) refused to have the car delivered to my house because the people who do that are 'very busy' at the end of the month. Lurie Keener: Terrible customer service. I had just bought a car there 2 WEEKS PRIOR and the original salesperson was out so I asked the manager to assign me someone else and unfortunately I had just bought a car there 2 WEEKS PRIOR and the original salesperson was out so I asked the manager to assign me someone else and unfortunately Lurie is who was picked. I drove a couple of cars and asked if he could show me how Lexus Navigation worked. They held the car that was of interest and a week or so later I asked if I was eligible for one of the incentives and later asked for a picture of the dash as the car was going to be a gift and the person wanted to see that. He responded with the following via text (which I sent to his manager): "Ok now I have never in my 33 years in this business, done so much to assist a customer in making a decision. I have went above and beyond..." Well, let's not address the grammar issue; he must have had a very easy career. Fortunately someone else was assigned to me. However, the management did not lower the price in consideration of my just having bought a car there two weeks prior so I did not purchase the car. Disappointing experience for sure. More
