Sales managers were the poorest that I've ever dealt with since this was the 4th Lexus that I've purchased. Arrogant and impersonal. Did not leave feeling that they cared less about me as a customer. Alex Winnicki was recommended to me to help with the test drive and sales. He did a great job. First test drive appointment was timely, as well as the follow-up when my husband came along. Only uncomfortable experience was at the time of purchase, when the person who did the purchase agreements (sorry, have forgotten his name) and took the check pressured me to purchase warranties even after i told him several times that I did not wish to purchase any extended warranties. With the three year service warranty, I trust Westside to keep my car in excellent running condition! Kudos also to Alex to respond to a text when he was in Europe on vacation!
