Jim Fikaris of Westside Lexus was excellent, straight-forward, and knowledgeable in helping us buy our car. Luckily, Westside had in its inventory the type of new "used" car that we were lookin straight-forward, and knowledgeable in helping us buy our car. Luckily, Westside had in its inventory the type of new "used" car that we were looking for. Also, luckily, Jim, with his 35 years of experience in the car industry, was low-keyed during the sales process. My Lexus purchase was the first car I bought in 17 years and 7 months! Jim was patient enough to explain to me many of the technical car improvements on the new cars that my 2006 Honda CR-V did not have. My wife and I have enthusiastically talked to our friends, etc., about our experience with Jim and Westside Lexus and the many features of our Lexus RX 350. Hopefully, Jim gets a bona fide referral from us. More
