This was the most pleasant, straightforward car-buying experience I have ever had! Blake was attentive, authentic, thoughtful, and professional, and I never felt he was wasting my time or trying to drag o experience I have ever had! I was very close to buying a similar vehicle from a competitor, but Blake’s communications style (facts and vehicle availability without being pushy or too sales-y) got me across the threshold of the dealership, and ultimately into a new Kia! Having to pay over MSRP is frustrating, but I don’t fault Blake or the dealership as I understand the challenging supply chain and market dynamics driving that, and saw it throughout my car shopping experience at multiple brands. My only complaint at all would be that the dealership does smell like cigarette smoke (but many do!). All in all, an exceptional experience, and I’m thrilled with my new vehicle! More
