I visited Westside Kia Service Dept. in September, and was told to wait and they would call me back when the part would be available likely in 1-2 weeks. And I never received a call for 2-3 months. I can't wait any longer and then visited another dealership but was told that if the original dealership ordered the part from the manufacturer they can't do anything about it. So I had to call the Westside Kia back to finally get the job done. The repair job is so far so good. More

This dealership is a mess. I'm currently searching for a new car and I really like Kias, so I came here first. The first problem is they offered me $1,500 for my trade in but another two dealers had offered new car and I really like Kias, so I came here first. The first problem is they offered me $1,500 for my trade in but another two dealers had offered me around $3,000. I didn't think much of it and sold my car to one of those dealers instead. Then the car I really wanted was finally available so I test drove the car but in a different color. When it came time to give a security deposit, I was told the amount was around $200-$250. I was ready to give the deposit but then it was suddenly raised to $500 for a reason I still don't know (I asked a manager over the phone, she said she would call me back to tell me why and then never did). Additionally, I was told the deposit is non-refundable, which I didn't like because issues can always come up, such me not liking the car anymore or finding something else that I want. Anyway, I told the salespeople I wanted to discuss this major decision with my husband as he didn't go with me to the test drive and I was pressured into giving the money right there and then, but I told them again I wanted to talk to my husband. Anyway, that night I did some research online and I found the exact same car at another Kia dealership for about $1,000 less. When the manager called me the next morning, I asked if they could price match the car. The manager told me she would find out, but I never received a call back. I stopped in today to inquire about giving a larger down payment since my goal was to get the monthly payment down by about $50. Numbers were plugged in, but then in the middle of this, I was told the car already sold. I was so confused --- why plug in numbers for a car I wanted that already sold? Why not just tell me this from the very beginning? Why waste my time? So, that's when Trey told me in a guilt trip tone, "this is why you should've given us the money the other day." And as if that wasn't bad enough, the manager for the day, Willy, then started pressuring me to buy another car. I was looking for a blue Rio and Willy said, "I have a dark blue Rio. And we're willing to do what it takes for you to see dark blue." Long story short, the car was black, not dark blue. If Westside Kia had offered to price match the car I wanted, I would've bought it here. With all of these tactics, I wouldn't even buy a pen here. I would give a one star rating but I'm only giving two stars because another salesman, Daniel, was nice and professional. Emily was also pleasant to talk to. It's a shame that the rest of the dealership is a mess. More
