Everyone was great --- however, when I made my 6,000 mile appointment for my new car, the girl that took my information was aware that I did not purchase my vehicle from Westside Kia, but did not inform me t appointment for my new car, the girl that took my information was aware that I did not purchase my vehicle from Westside Kia, but did not inform me that my oil change and tire rotation would not be free --- it would have been free if I would have brought it to Gay Kia where I purchased the car. It cost right around $100.00 ---- would have been nice to know this before sitting in the waiting room for 30+ minutes. Other than this, I have nothing but good things to say. More

Extremely efficient and very nice service department staff. Took care of me right away when I arrived, looked up recalls that were due, explained the cost of the service and how long it would take. I did not wait at the dealership but when I did return to pick up my car, again I was greeted right away, they explained the invoice and took my payment and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes.
