Bought my car from here and everything has gone downhill since then. My air conditioning has gone out 2 years in a row in the middle of the summer heat. They “fixed it” the first time and told me a wire bur since then. My air conditioning has gone out 2 years in a row in the middle of the summer heat. They “fixed it” the first time and told me a wire burnt up causing the issue but that it was fixed. Now 2 weeks ago the a/c stops again, they say it’s going to be a bigger fix to get to the root cause of the issue and the entire wire harness needs to be replaced. After 2 weeks of waiting after being told the part was on the way and I can expect it by 6/30 I finally get ahold of my service adviser and he informs me the part is on back order not even in the country and I can expect a wait of 30-45 days or even longer. So my brand new 2021 K5 with less than 30k miles is out of commission for months with no end in sight with a measly 30$ a day rental credit offered while I’m still paying my monthly car note for a car under warranty that I can’t use. Never expect a call back from this service department and expect to call 5 times minimum before you get anyone on the phone. Update: Another 2 weeks have gone by, still have never received a call from my service advisor Sebastian, if I want an update I have to call and spend at least 30 minutes to get him on the phone. Would say the average number of times I have to call to actually get him on the phone is 4-5 times, his voicemail inbox is full so can’t even leave a message. More
