I was greeted by sales consultant Shafik Nasser (Mike), who began asking me what I was looking for in a car. He quickly informed me of several options, my trade in value, and showed me cars available on t who began asking me what I was looking for in a car. He quickly informed me of several options, my trade in value, and showed me cars available on the lot; I did a test drive, we settled on model, color and price, Mike would find a car with sister KIA dealership. When I retuned the next day to purchase a 2024 Sportage EX, the car was on the lot ready for me to look at; it was beautiful, and as an added surprise, it had a cream colored interior. Mike guided me through the purchasing process; I was introduced to finance personnel and met with Dylan Zepeda, Finance Manager, who was professional, friendly and efficient and made the signing experience very pleasant. Mike had my new car made ready, showed me the service center; afterward he walked me through the mechanics of operating the car and details of special options on the dashboard screen, and went on set up future oil change appointment. From start to finish, Mike was gracious, naturally professional and had a great sense of humor. I will bring my business back to Westside because of him and the team he works with. More
