Hello, I debated as to whether I would leave a poor review, because I know it is made public. However, this experience was so unnecessarily frustrating. The fact that I was not local only exacerbated the situation. Gaby gave me her card the day of the sale and said I should contact her with any issues. When I needed her, it was literally impossible to reach her and she would not respond to messages left for her by staff. My salesperson, Damaris, was very helpful the day of the sale and checked on us as we began our road trip home. However, when I needed help with the expiring tag, she was busy because it was “the end of the month” and never followed up. I just received my WI confirmation of ownership certificate and the color of the car is wrong. I’m hoping Tracy Smith can assist with correction. Thank you for allowing me to share my feedback. I will only buy local cars in the future.
