They go the extra mile, literally I took my 2017 F350 diesel to Westlie Ford for an oil change, etc. Unfortunately, the tech, who was a Ford intern, missed changing my air filter. He, I took my 2017 F350 diesel to Westlie Ford for an oil change, etc. Unfortunately, the tech, who was a Ford intern, missed changing my air filter. He, apparently, trusted the air flow gauge attached to the air cleaner box and didn’t actually check the filter. When I contacted the dealership about this, they had the same technician drive to my house (20 miles) in rush hour traffic to install the new filter. Thanks!!! More
