Great Service Techs Only reason for 4 stars is I went in for The Works oil change. Service Tech was great. Job was done timely. However they did not rotate my tires. Only reason for 4 stars is I went in for The Works oil change. Service Tech was great. Job was done timely. However they did not rotate my tires. The Works oil change includes a tire rotation. The paperwork indicates they did rotate the tires. But the tires were not rotated. Do I need to request the tire rotation each time I get The Works oil change? I was making this request at Westlie Ford as Quick Lube did not rotate my tires three oil changes in a row in three different states. So I started requesting it at Westlie Ford but felt I was beging rather redundant. I guess not. More
