For an oil change, it isually takes 3 hours with an appointment. I dont understand why? This time it was 1.5 hours. I was surprised ..Everyone is very nice and polite. Thanks appointment. Surface desk wonderful. not satisfied without returning the car to the original condition that it was brought into you. Particularly the lights not being turned back to auto not satisfied without returning the car to the original condition that it was brought into you. Particularly the lights not being turned back to automatic, changing radio stations not only stations but changing it to a.m. . What do you need the radio on for when you're supposed to be servicing the car. The oil was changed and no sticker was put on the windowed indicate when the next oil change would be. Completely satisfied with the shuttle to and from a garage. Even though I was given the wrong paperwork for my copy. Somebody had to come back and exchange paperwork with me. Since the change in owners service has gone down. I'm a lifetime Wesley motor customer since I started driving. More
