Great car buying experience Everett Brown made my car shopping experience a good one. He is very professional and down to earth. I hate car shopping, mainly because of the back and forth on making a deal. He asked what I could afford for my maximum monthly payment . And he was able to make it work within $22.00. I new that I wanted a large sedan,SUV,truck or minivan. But wasn't sure what make or model. Everett was able to find me a Mitsubishi outlander SUV, I took it for a test drive, looked it over then took it for another test drive. I was sold. The paper work took approximately 30 minutes and then out the door. The whole shopping experience took approximately 3 hours, and only that because Everett had to get the vehicle from another lot. While I went home to get something to eat. Everett and his team made what could have been a bad experience into great and hassle free shopping experience. I will be back when I need another vehicle. My wife stopped at the dealership to look at a truck they had for sale, she was told an employee was driving the truck home, she told them we would be My wife stopped at the dealership to look at a truck they had for sale, she was told an employee was driving the truck home, she told them we would be back on Saturday to look at the truck. Arrived on Saturday the truck was filthy from being driven, with drink container and paper in the front console, a child seat in the back, with a lot of salt running down the back of the console, couldn't tell if there were scratches on the leather from salt and sand from a child putting there feet on the console. I was glad they didn't clean it up so I know how the truck is being treated. I guess if that's how they treat a $30,000.00 truck, then I will go somewhere else. More

Worst Used Car I've Ever Bought Bought a used Suzuki from Westdale a few years ago. A couple of things that were big turnoffs. (1) During test drives the car hard a pretty strong Bought a used Suzuki from Westdale a few years ago. A couple of things that were big turnoffs. (1) During test drives the car hard a pretty strong febreeze / air freshener / detail polish smell to it. I didn't think twice about it, as most cars after detailing have this. However, after 2 weeks started smelling smoke and low and behold 3 weeks in the car wreaked of smoke. I asked during sale if car had ever had a smoker owner, salesman said no... but obviously either lied or didn't know. (2) When I went to pick up car 1 day after purchase, I popped hood when I got home and realized that there was no radiator overflow cap. Not a huge deal, just ordered it online for $10. (3) Again after pick up, the car didn't have any radio knobs. Probably got lost in the detailing, but is pretty annoying. Tried to contact Westdale, and got stonewalled. No response to calls, I would get a hold of a rep and then they would "get right on it". Just poor, classless sales team that I worked with and the pricing on the car that I bought really wasn't that good. Always risk buying a used car, but these guys are a much bigger risk than other dealers. Will never buy again, and have voiced my opinion to my friends/family/co-workers. More
