He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My Wife Loves her New Car Thank You "CJ" I called and spoke to CJ on the phone and told her I would be coming down. When I arrived she was waiting in her transportation cart for me and showed I called and spoke to CJ on the phone and told her I would be coming down. When I arrived she was waiting in her transportation cart for me and showed me the different cars I wanted to see. We had been to a few other car lots and they made you walk. I later took my wife down and CJ was very helpful and knowledgeable about our car and even told us about and helped us to get a 1.47% Interest Rate on our purchase. She went way above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and understood everything when we were signing all the paperwork.
