Same as other dealerships really Found the car I wanted online at this dealership so really no salesmanship was needed. Very friendly people. That said, I purchased the car " as is" s Found the car I wanted online at this dealership so really no salesmanship was needed. Very friendly people. That said, I purchased the car " as is" so not getting 2 keys or car mats was only mildly annoying. I got just one key for the car when I purchased it and purchased Fiat floor mats myself for $50 on Amazon because they were not provided by dealer at purchase. What was annoying was that included in the total price was the cost of window tinting which was not even installed on the car and if I wanted it I had to return to the dealer to have installed. Of course the fact that it I needed to return later for it was disclosed only at the tail end of completing the purchase and of course there was no way around those charges for tint, I was told. I find this a bit deceptive and offensive. Had this been offered as an option I would have declined but the tint and tracking system they claim to have installed by the dealer is a gimmick to charge you more. It was only after leaving the dealer did I find out that the LoJack system, claimed to have been installed by them, is done at the factory and be accessed with a Sirius Satelite radio account . The tint on the rear windows is also factory installed. So in reality I was over charged and the only thing I can do to recoup some of this overcharge is to return to the dealer and get tint installed on the front driver side and passenger windows. I've signed away any recourse other than returning the car and paying a $750 restocking fee. Always some sort of game at a car dealer and West Coast Auto Mall is no exception. More
