They jacked the price up with worthless add on(s) When Southcoast shows you the final price of the car, they add $1,300 to every car with worthless items that you're forced to take if you want the ca When Southcoast shows you the final price of the car, they add $1,300 to every car with worthless items that you're forced to take if you want the car. The biggest con is the $850 they added to the cost of the car I purchased for theft insurance that covers your deductible in the unlikely event that your car is stolen. To top it off, you have to buy your replacement from West Coast or it doesn't apply. Are you kidding me? Would you pay $850 to reimburse your $250 insurance theft deductible if your car gets stolen? When I protested it was "take it or don't buy the car." This isn't insurance this is a scam to hide the true cost of the car. They also add rear window tinting to every car for another $550. At least I could see the window tinting. I would have paid another $1,000 for the car. They didn't have to try and deceive me about the actual price of the car. But the way they got the money made me write a negative review for the first time in my life. I like my new car, but no one likes being scammed. If you shop at Southcoast, ask about the anti theft insurance. If they won't remove it, walk away before you fall in love with a car. More

Greatest Customer Service Ever Before we even got to the dealership our experience was great. My wife called to confirm they had what we were wanting to look at. Rami confirmed and kept her updated through the week. The day we were to be there he sent us pictures again and had the car cooling off (90-100 degree weather right now) for us before we got there. Albert worked with us to get us the best deal he possibly could. They made us comfortable from the the time we stepped in until the time we drove off.
