We found a Car we've been looking for at WestCoast Auto sales, while searching the internet. We wanted a 2010 Mercedes E350 black with Tan interior, once we located the car we called and spoke to "Sal Auto sales, while searching the internet. Albert's great, he was friendly and knowledgeable! He gave us a great price on our trade in; we were VERY happy, in a few days after the purchase of the Mercedes E350 a light came on, we called Albert about the light. Keep in mind we live about an hour and a half away. Albert ask us to bring the car back he'd take care of it which he did in there Service shop behind the dealership. We had the honor of meeting the Service Manager Ken, what a great guy, he was so kind to help ease the waiting period by communicating and keeping us informed of the work being done. Great Job Ken! Everyone we encountered was nothing short of Professional!! The problem was fixed which was the "thermostat Sensor" We were NEVER asked for a cent, out the door we went and on our way! Very professional Company, from start to finish. Clean, "which is a plus" & comfortable waiting room. The first time I checked out the dealership which was actually a few months before I purchased a car there and argenis was who I talked to. I have been to many dealerships in my lifetime and have waited many of hours for approval of a loan and sometimes waited the same length of time to be not approved. The problem with the dealerships which I have encountered, is that they swarm you like flies and tell you want you want to hear, which is a sugar coat sale. My experience with West Coast Auto in Montclair, Ca has been the most pleasurable experience in purchasing a vehicle. The staff is so friendly and will work with you, as they did with me, even after a short sale on my credit report. I arrived at the dealership and in one hour and fifteen minutes I had my keys in hand. Try to top that for customer service. I will deal with no other than this dealership EVER! More

I had been in the market for a Mini Cooper for quite some time (about a year). It was going to be a second car purchase so the deal had to be perfect and fit my budget exactly. I saw the Mini on Car Gurus time (about a year). It was going to be a second car purchase so the deal had to be perfect and fit my budget exactly. I saw the Mini on Car Gurus and contacted the Westcoast. I spoke with Argenis, laid out the specifics of exactly what I had to have (payment max, not great credit, extended warranty, low down payment, etc.) He said there should be no problem and would get back to me - honestly, I thought there was no way this deal would work. Well, he called me back, the payment was lower than I had anticipated, the down payment I wanted and I had the extended warranty! Unfortunately, the car was located in Montclair - about an hour and half from me. I was not going to be able to get there for two days - he suggested that I put the down payment down to hold the vehicle so it would not be sold over the weekend (if i didn't like the car, of course he would refund the amount on Sunday). I have to admit, I was skeptical - sending money to a complete stranger. I checked all references, etc. and they seemed legit - I sent the money and showed up two days later. The car was ready and on the lot (which I might add, is loaded with amazing, beautiful top of the line cars). Argenis was absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The process was painless and I am now driving the car I had searched for! Thank you Argenis and Westcoast! I am sure I will see you again! More
