Excellent Dealer / Reputable / Honest / Integrity I recently purchased a Range Rover Sport from Westcoastauto.com and I must say that my entire experience was impeccable. My initial experience starte I recently purchased a Range Rover Sport from Westcoastauto.com and I must say that my entire experience was impeccable. My initial experience started with an online search of dealers that offered the vehicle that I was searching for. I phoned the dealer, and was greeted by Roxy. Roxy was helpful and I arranged an appointment to visit the dealer within one day of my call. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Albert (sales). Albert took the time to show me the many luxury, and extremely well kept auto's that surrounded the main sales building. The lot is filled with great cars. Equally as important is the cleanliness and size of this dealer. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Westcoastauto not only had a terrific sales lot, but they also housed a clean and well equipped auto service center, as well as a detail center, and finally an audio center. All 3 of these centers were clean, and the employees that I met were friendly and professional. Thereafter Albert took me into the sales office where we discussed my desires. I selected the Range Rover Sport, and Albert was nothing short of exceptional in describing the vehicle, the finance terms, and the warranty available. Albert is a very easygoing person; not one to hard sell a client, or to push a vehicle at a client for the sake of an extra buck. He is a gentleman in every sense of the word. I would suggest that should you be lucky enough to deal with Albert, you will be thrilled with his mannerisms and openness. Finally, I must say a word about the owner, Sam. Wescoastauto is clearly a product of their owner. Sam is an honest person, whereby his sincerity resonates from his demeanor and spoken words. His approach to business clearly filters down to his staff. One example that I can provide, is that I noticed a candy jar sitting on the counter as I was waiting for my credit to be approved. It was lunch time, and I was a bit hungry. I asked Sam whether he would mind if I grabbed a candy. Without any hesitation, he stood up, grabbed my arm and directed me to the employee lunch room where lunch had already been delivered for his crew. He grabbed a plate, filled it with food, warmed it up all the while he insisted that I remain seated. I ate this delicious meal and had a fantastic conversation with him, and another employee. This sort of service goes beyond sales, but hits to someone's internal character as a human being. I respect this man..not just for feeding me, but rather the manner in which he went about his way to treat me like a guest at his home. I would recommend anyone in the search for a vehicle to contact westcoastauto. You will not be disappointed! More

The one thing that stood out the most is that they never forget a customer and always made me feel that my need was paramount. Earlier this year my daughter Volks Beetle was not running right and she took it to a mechanic that specialize in Volks and he told her that her transmission needed to be replaced but when I drove it I did not feel the transmission slipping. So I took it West Coast service department and Ken advised me that something related to the wheel needed to be replaced and not a transmission. Plus when someone hit me in my Benz I took it to them for repairs. I can say that the Service Team has a 5 star rating with me and I do not take any of my vehicles to no other mechanic shop or the dealership. They are a one stop shop for me. Anything I want done or any type of vehicle I want they can get it with no problem. The team at West Coast is phenomenal. When I want something extra done to my car (i.e., music, tint, car lights blackout, or etc.) they send it right next door to Plant Motorsport where both companies work together and have an extraordinary relationship that you don't come across to often. my family and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly. It was very family friendly as well, we had our two very rambuncous boys with us, and they made it easy for us by turning on cartoons for friendly.
