Amazing dealership amazing people I want to share my personal experience on why I recommend everyone to buy their dream vehicle at WEST COAST AUTO SALES.  My husband and I decided tha I want to share my personal experience on why I recommend everyone to buy their dream vehicle at WEST COAST AUTO SALES.  My husband and I decided that we needed a bigger car because our family had out grown our c class Mercedes. So my husband got on the internet and searched around for about 5 mins and found west coast autos website and saw the endless choices and the large inventory of very well priced high end vehicles. We then stumbled on our Mercedes. Of course I was in heaven because it was more than I could have ever imagined and nothing like I had ever had before so I was excited that it was even an option for us! So my husband gave west coast a call and the sales associate Rick answered the phone and was very helpful in answering all of our questions, told us to fill out the loan app online and that he would take care of the rest. We drove from Temecula to go take a look at the car (with every intention of just looking) we were there about 1hour when I found myself DRIVING home our beautiful 2012 Mercedes GL 450 4matic. I am so in LOVE! I LOVE WEST COAST AUTO SALES.  Sam the GM could not have been more generous and helpful in all aspects! He gave his a service credit for our GL 450 ! We have not only developed a personal relationship with west coast, we have found TRUSTWORTHY service advisors and a long list of staff willing to help at any given moment. We will never buy a car from anyone else! West coast is now what we call "Our family dealership" Thank you again Rick and Sam and thank you west coast for making our dreams come true! You guys rock!! From driving on to the lot and being greeted with a friendly hands I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at West Coast Auto Sales. From driving on to the lot and being greeted with a friendly handshake, to asking several times over if my daughter and I needed water or coffee, to having the car ready to go for a test drive a couple minutes after arriving, these guys were awesome! I had the opportunity to work with the General Manager Sam and their internet manager, Argenis. These guys made feel like a friend and were transparent through the whole deal. They even invited me to have lunch with their families in their back kitchen. Who does that for a customer??!! I also had the opportunity to work with two of their product specialists, Cesar and Raji. They were polite, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the product even though they have to learn about a continuously revolving inventory. Sam and Argenis were competitive on every front with a low interest rate, competitive price on the vehicle and a fair and competitive offer on my trade-in. Took my car back for the tint warranty a few weeks later and I had to wait for a few hours and he even insisted to drive me and my friend to eat because I said I was hungry. He joined us for the meal at this spot he knows. Acts more like a friend than a sales person. So overall great experience! More
