Our sales person Joel welcomed us, and immediately showed us the car we had earmarked from the Westcoast website, a 2012 Dodge Avenger. We liked the fact that he was very knowledgeable but not at any point pushy. He patiently showed us other inventory at our request, but we decided to stick with our first choice. Joel soon got the buying process underway and with the help of Bill they took great care of us. So glad to have found this auto sales company. Just love the car and of course its very competitive price. Thanks Joel and Bill! We'll be back! More

I thought it was too good to be true .. and it was. I wrote a review in June 2014 after I'd bought a 2012 Mercedes C250 from Westcoast Auto Sales. Albert was very nice and friendly, and I bought the car, although it was the first time I'd ever bought a car and didn't feel like I got a great price/value. There were a lot of calls and follow up and pressure to write a review, and I wrote one that was honest at the time. Unfortunately, when I took teh vehicle back for fixed items identified upon purchase, it was a sloppy and incomplete job. I'd paid for window tinting, and that was done, but they were supposed to fix the road rash on the wheels, and that was not done. Also, when I picked it up they had left the carpet pulled up near the front passenger door; not the way a car should be delivered to a customer. When I finally got someone to look at it, I could tell he wasn't sure what he was doing, but somehow got the carpet jammed in for the most part. I didn't think that was worth taking the time to change my review, but I was recently tapped on the bumper fairly gently by someone behind me at a stop light, and the paint on my bumper pulled away and chipped off in long strips across the bumper!!! I've never seen anything like it; gapped in large sections competely away from the bumper. Both of the certified body shops I took the car to confirmed that the car had been in some sort of accident and the bumper had been badly repainted; a very cheap job. So I'm furious, and have no doubt that Westcoast Auto Sales knew about it. Any dealer who buys and sells that many cars knew what they were looking at when they bought the car from its original owner. They probably bought it that way and re-painted it themselves. But NONE OF THIS was disclosed to me. They presented a car with a CarFax showing no accidents, but we all know that there can be accidents that are not reported. They knew and should have disclosed that to me. The price I paid was already at retail bluebook, which is not a good price, and this means i was defrauded at that. I don't believe the reviews on this site; I know the pressure they put on customers to write a good review immediately. More

After closing my deal the car came with nice rims that I didn't care to have and being that it took a couple hours the shop was already closed to take off the rims and Bassem/Chuck had the service shop re open so I could leave with my car! I couldn't be any happier with my new car. I was looking for a Mercedes and came across West coast Auto Sales last sat evening but when I called the dealership it was closed. As soon as I woke I was looking for a Mercedes and came across West coast Auto Sales last sat evening but when I called the dealership it was closed. As soon as I woke up the next morning I called and spoke with Joey who then introduced me to Raji. They worked as a team along with Rick to get me the car I wanted, the monthly payment I wanted, and at a great interest rate. Within only ten hours the car was mine and I was driving off in a Mercedes Benz CLS 550. Overall best experience I've ever had wit a dealership And I've purchased three cars already.
