Usually I drive out of a dealership feeling like I could have haggled more and I could have saved more money, but I drove out of west coast feeling satisfied and I didn't even have to haggle. Might seem petty but my favorite part was finishing signing the paperwork and walking out of the office to see my car ready to go with a big bow on top. More

Best Customer Service Fantastic selection of cars I went to three dealerships before calling Westcoast. I was not happy with any of them because their customer service was bad. It didn't appear to me that they were interested in helping me find a car I like. As soon as I contacted Westcoast I immediately noticed a difference. Angela treated me with respect and gave me the feeling that we were partners in this experience. then I went to the dealership and Angela was off so Vanessa helped me. She went out her way to make sure that I had a good experience from the time I stepped in the door till the time I drove away in my new car, pre owned but new to me. I recommend this dealership only if you want to have a great experience through out the whole process. More
