Hello everyone first and foremost let me start by telling you i am from Connecticut i have never been to california yet here i was in the market to bu Hello everyone first and foremost let me start by telling you i am from Connecticut i have never been to california yet here i was in the market to buy a car a jaguar xk to be exact which i can only find the exact match to my liking across the country all the way in california at west cost auto so you can imagine my dilemma how would i buy a car i cant see in person or test drive omg! Well first i checked the dealer reviews they were very good. SUPER IMPORTANT!.so i called them and i delt with albert whom was very easy to communicate with, xxxx the guy gave me his cell phone # what dealer ever has done that!? None! Well he gave me the run down on the jaguar xk told me everything i needed to know so of course as anyone would do i needed a second opinion so i got a pre-purchase inspection, got back a good report just minor things needed like new wipers and a little cigarette burn on carpet i told albert what was found he assured me it would get fixed or replaced well after all was said and done i felt completely confident to purchase the car so i got it shiped to CT from CA with never test driving or seeing the car in person only what the pre-purchase mechanic told me about the car which matched everything albert told me, thats how comfortable albert made me. no hassle at all and i never felt or heard any shadiness in his dealings with me the guy was a total professional yet down to earth with me.. when i received my vehicle i got another mechanic shop out here in my state to perform a full inspection again he told me the car was in outstanding shape car needed nothing everything checked out exactly as albert told me it would. albert told me that buying a car from west cost auto is as good as buying it from jaguar itself and turns out that my shop told me its as good as certified! I thank albert and west cost auto for an unbelievable experience in purchasing an automobile from them from cross the country...i drove the car and i am completely satisfied i give the car from 1-10 a 10 i give albert at west cost auto a 10+ thank you, from a very happy and satisfied customer. I recommend west cost auto and albert to anyone and when im back in the market for another car i will check out and be willing to do business with west cost auto again thanx to albert.*****5 starz!!! Initially, we were impressed by the quality of the cars at the dealership as well as the huge inventory to choose from. Also, the prices seemed surprisingly reasonable, the customer reviews were excellent and the many guarantees that were offered gave us a very strong peace of mind. We live approximately an hour away so we arranged ahead of time to test drive a couple of vehicles. Our sales person Joey was helpful and knowledgeable and his friendly, outgoing personality made the visit very enjoyable. There is no pressure, none of the "games" that are found at other dealerships and the policy of no haggling made the experience pleasant - and they gave us an excellent trade in amount for my car! Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the entire transaction. The sales manager Albert was great - very fair and honest.
