Gio the sales person who helped me had such great guidance without EVER being pushy like a car sales man usually is. I went in for a luxury car, but had no idea what kind I wanted. I thought maybe an Audi or Mercedes. After hearing my needs and likes in a vehicle Gio suggested BMW. I initially said no, but with his careful suggestions I tried a BMW. It only took sitting in a BMW to know it was the right fit for me. I never felt Gio was trying to rush me or push me. EASY! Argenus in finances was a straight shooter with NO hidden agenda or pricing. He put the detailed price sheet out for me to see, with a fair price, we made a few adjustments and I was on to signing papers. EASY! Then....Mario in the service department took my new BMW and myself and helped me customize it more for liking and taste. We dipped the wheels with a black chrome, added a couple of other small customizations and tinted the Windows how I prefer them. EASY! More
