Cesar was very warm, friendly, and down-to-earth - he let the test drive speak for itself and was never pushy or oversold the car. There was a miscommunication on the car I was interested in, but Cesar never missed a beat and immediately had the correct car ready for the drive. Customer service is definitely a focus of Westcoast Auto - both he and Argenis were very respectful of me and my mother, and were constantly checking to see how we were doing and if we were comfortable. Argenis was very clear and straightforward during the loan application and negotiation process - again I never felt like I was being pressured or lied to. He was very honest on what my options and rights were as a customer. I really hadn't considered that it would be possible to trade in my old car and be driving my new car home on the same day - amazing! More
