We actually had a good time! We smiled and laughed and the whole appointment was in our control. We really enjoyed the experience. It happened to be a beautiful day and they were having a luau for Labor Day weekend. At the end of our purchase we got to feast on roast pig. That doesn't happen everyday! Thank you for allowing me to rate this company, I was greeted at the door and my car was taken in as I was standing there. Chad was great, he told me how much it was going to cost me before he started se greeted at the door and my car was taken in as I was standing there. Chad also offered me a deal on my service that would provide my car a complete check-up at a very low cost to me. At West Hills Kia, I am always well taken care of, the Service center is clean and Service is done when it was promised and no high pressure to buy more that what I wanted done that day. West Hills Kia is just a great place to take my car for service, I use to travel to Everett Washington to the Kia Dealer where I purchased my Kia, but now would not go there anymore for service or sales. I was impressed with the dealership the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted by Barry Gardner, Jr. with friendliness and at the same time did not feel pressured at all. I told him I wanted to check out the kia soul and the sportage. I looked at both and decided that I wanted to test drive the kia soul. Barry was very helpful and the test drive was great. Barry was very helpful explaining the different things that the car was capable of doing. When we got back to dealership he did not pressure me for the sale. I told him that I would think about it and get back to him and he gave me his card with his number. I went back later that evening with my daughter and purchased the black soul that I had test drove. I also want to thank the financial team that worked so hard for it to happen. Bob Villa the finance manager was just as helpful and friendly. I would recommend West Hills Kia to anyone I knew that was looking for a new vehicle. More

I stopped by for basic information about the "Sign and Drive" promotion currently being offered and arrived home the same day with an exceptional vehicle feeling confident that I had made the right decision. I know that this dealership was genuinely interested in securing the best possible deal for me in the most courteous, expeditious manner and that they will continue to provide excellent customer service for me in the future. We liked everything about the sales experience -- from the first approach (which was friendly but not pushy) to the signing the final papers (w them! We weren't left sitting for hours while the salesman "got approval for the deal" from some mysterious manager, as they did at other dealerships we visited. When we wanted to explore various options for down payment, buying vs. leasing, and auto styles, the salesman was helpful, flexible and patient. He understood our budget parameters and didn't try to "up-sell" into a car we couldn't afford. He let us test drive without him in the car so my husband and I could really talk about the car's features without someone breathing down our necks. When we needed figures, he got them quickly, explained them, and then left us alone to discuss our options. There was never any pressure -- and we felt more like we were being helped than being "sold." I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially our salesman, Thomas Bopp. He's terrific! More

Prior to arriving at the dealership we contacted Mr. Rembaugh requesting information on his inventory for a 2014 Sorrento LX with a convenience package. He gave information on his inventory as well as sending us to their website. We perused the inventory and asked several questions on the different cars prior to our visit. We were able to ask questions regarding the different cars and received prompt responses. When we arrived Mr. Rembaugh had several cars ready along with Mr. Rosas to help us. Mr. Rosas was very knowledgeable about the Sorrento and was able give us clear answers to all of our questions. We received no pressure but alot of answers to our questions. When we decided to lease, Mr. Rembaugh took his time and clearly explained the numbers. Mr. Villa was very professional with us and also took his time to clearly communicate the financial impact of our lease. We really appreciated everyone's patience and ability to communicate everything to us. We were very impressed with everyone's professionalism during the entire process.
