While driving home after work, my car started shaking violently and a light on my dash came on I had never seen before. I pulled into nearest gas station freaking out. It said the light was an emmissions light. I called Kia and they transferred me to Jimmy Anders in the service dept. He couldn't diagnose the problem over the phone but listened to what was going on, asked questions, was very attentive to my stress, concern and need. I know he was busy but he took the time to assist me. He let me know they were booked full Saturday (which was the ONLY day I could bring it in) but he said that he would find the time to fit me in. I was scared to drive the car home and then to the dealership in the morning, but he assured me it would be ok. I got to the service dept before they even opened. When Jimmy got there, he again listened to every detail of what my car was doing. The emmissions light was actually a check engine light. He explained in detail how my warranties worked and how he would go about dealing with them if the problem with my car was covered. I was stressing out but he calmed me down and made me feel like everything would be alright. It takes a amazing person to calm me when I am at that stress level. His customer service skills are the best I have ever encountered! As I left the dealership, I saw that Jimmy had them pulling my car right into the bay. Within 2 hours, Jimmy called back with the diagnosis. Turns out the problem was covered under my Certified Vehicle Warranty. Jimmy had them fix my car (they had the part in stock). So from drop off to pick up, it only took 4 hours. Jimmy took care of everything and made the process very easy and comfortable. He was right, everything ended up ok. It ended up perfect! Because of Jimmy, I will ALWAYS go back to the Kia Service Department! And I highly recommend that everyone else go too! You won't be disappointed. The Kia service department cares about their customers, sincerely wants to help us, wants to fix our car quickly (promptly) and I cannot stress that the customer service is the best I have ever received. More

As a first time buyer I had heard plenty of things to watch out for and developed expectations of what buying a car would be like, none of which were really good. After going to my first dealership and explaining my situation, the experience was turning out to be exactly what I feared it would be and I was feeling very disappointed and discouraged. I thanked the salesman for his time and moved on. I ended up at West Hills Kia and found an entirely different experience all together. I was greeted right away and we immediately started finding cars that would fit my budget and lifestyle. Within 10 minutes I was already test driving a car! Barry was very pleasant and considerate, and a joy to work with. I then got the pleasure of going through the finance process with Bob Villa and was expecting the worst, but it turned out to be another awesome experience. Bob made sure I got the best deal possible, and made sure I was happy with the car as well. I will definitely be returning to West Hills Kia for any future car purchases! More

They did not have the exact car options i wanted, but they quickly jumped on the search and i was able to purchase the one i wanted right then! they had it brought to me the NEXT day from another dealer ship! Every other lot I'd been to in my quest for a car had been horrible. Sales people were pushy and rude. There was pressure to "Buy now or lose the deal of a lifetime!" Andy and team were a whole new experience that I can't wait to share with others. The atmosphere was light, everyone got along, there was joking and jesting. The team at West Hills Kia really made us feel at home and part of a family. I have never leased a vehicle before, but wanted to try it out. Andy was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. There was absolutely no pressure to "buy now". We had come and gone a few times before I made my decision. I have leased a 2014 Kia Forte. The more I drive my new car, the more I love it. I had always heard bad things about Kia in the past, but let me tell you, they are exactly that, things of the past. I encourage drivers to test out at least one Kia. The fact of the matter is, you will fall in love with it. In my overall experience, from start to finish, I have to give West Hills Kia and team a 10/10 rating. Thank you Andy and Bob for making my car-buying experience one I will not soon forget. More
We ended up coming to the West Hills Kia dealership after having spent nearly a month looking for a quality used car for our daughter. With that being said, we had just had our Kia Sorento in for a service at the Kia Service Center and we decided to see what they might have on their lot. I need to state first and foremost, that we have had some bad experiences with larger dealerships due to high pressure sales tactics, thus we were reluctant to look. Our daughter found a car that she was interested in and we took it down to our trusted personal mechanic and he gave the car a hearty "thumbs up" approval. We went back to the dealership and worked with Tom and Bryan on a fair price. Bob Villa, the Finance Manager, was just great to work with, as he found a local credit union for us to finance through at a good rate. Everyone we worked with was concerned about our needs as a family. They really listened to us as we went through some various car options before settling on the Kia Spectra......our daughters choice. We want to personally thank Bob, Bryan, Mark, Tom, Andy and Chris for making our family the biggest priority in this transaction and for their complete professionalism. No pressure sales tactics means we will be back in the future. This was truly a great experience! More

We purchased a 2013 Kia Soul. We found West Hills Kia's staff to be very friendly and professional. The price of the car was as good as you'll find anywhere. Followed up with Mark in the parts department to get a remote start and he took care of us right way, even making a service appointment to get it installed.
