Bryce Robinson was great I love my Kia Soul, have had it for 10 months now. What's hard is not putting so many miles on it because I love driving it so much. It's convenient, saves money, services only Kias, and they report directly to carfax for you. Bryce Robinson provided very prompt service, having us driving away in our Kia Soul within a couple of hours. We still keep in touch on Facebook and I like seeing what his young family is up to. I hope his employers will help him get into his own Kia soon. More

The dealership is extremely clean and a very nice environment, especially the perk of a nice hot coffee. I have no doubt in my mind, that I would go anywhere else for my car needs! Great understanding helpfull staff Our 2009 Kia Borrego was having issues so we took it in. Mathew was so helpful and understanding. We decided to trade in the Borrego even though we were in LOVE with it. Mathew put us in contact with Chris Rembaugh and Roy Velasquez. Both Chris and Roy were very attentive and caring. They listened to our needs, wants, and must haves and pulled the two cars they thought would fit our budget limits and meet our needs. They did a great job!!! They were VERY patient with my husband who was pretty leery of trading in. When the banks couldn't reach the numbers that my husband wanted Carl, Chris, and Shawn went back to the drawing board and got the numbers that made my husband happy with the car that made me happy. Josh & Roy are awesome! I went in to West Hills Kia just wanting to look and test drive a Kia Optima. I was introduced to Josh. After test driving I fell in love with the Optima. My husband and I weren't sure if we were wanting to buy a new car yet because of finances. Josh helped us out so much with trying to find a car that fits in our budget. He was so informative about everything in the car, on the car, about the car. It was awesome. That was the first time my husband and I have had a good experience at a deal ship. Josh was not pushy at all, or try to persuade us into buying a car he totally left it up to us. After several times going to look at different Optimas we finally decided one and with the help of Josh and Roy we drove our new Optima home. Josh and Roy did an awesome job! Traded for new vehicle I have been going here for 3 years after I got my first used vehicle for the oil changes I got with it.
