Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Dealership I happened upon Kia because the sales rep at Honda whom I had been dealing with was busy. He had already given me information on a truck, so I asked about it at Kia. It had not gone through any inspections yet, so I could only look at it and ride in the passenger seats. I ended up signing for it, but could not take it right away. I was told it would be ready in about four days, so they lent me a rental car. Twelve days later and after many false alarms (oh it's ready today, oh nevermind, maybe tomorrow, no today, etc), it was "ready" for me to test drive it finally and potentially pick it up. There were still many things that they did not get to, but I decided to give it a shot. On my way home, the check engine light came on and it started bucking slightly. The next morning, I took it back. I am not paying out of my ears for a broken vehicle. My wife and I had an overall awful time doing business with this dealership. I ended up going elsewhere and got a much better (newer) truck, for a much better price, with a much better rate. Kia could only get me a 9.9% rate, whereas Chevy of Issaquah got me 3.99% Don't be afraid to shop outside of Bremerton when looking for a new/used car, people! More

Bryce Robinson was great I love my Kia Soul, have had it for 10 months now. What's hard is not putting so many miles on it because I love driving it so much. It's also great peace of mind to have the extensive warranty, not that I've had to use it for anything. I also highly recommend buying the service plan for three years. It's convenient, saves money, services only Kias, and they report directly to carfax for you. Bryce Robinson provided very prompt service, having us driving away in our Kia Soul within a couple of hours. We still keep in touch on Facebook and I like seeing what his young family is up to. I hope his employers will help him get into his own Kia soon. More

I wanted a pickup truck (Dodge) and I went back to West Hills KIA, and sure enough, Chris B. came through again and now I own a great pick up. More

stress-free first time buyer!! I absolutely loved my experience with KIA when I went to buy my first car, since I have never done that, I was very nervous, and extremely stressed. All of that was gone within the first ten minutes. My salesman, Roy made me feel extremely comfortable, and answered all of my questions and more and Everyone there made it feel like Id had been there many times. The dealership is extremely clean and a very nice environment, especially the perk of a nice hot coffee. I have no doubt in my mind, that I would go anywhere else for my car needs! Plus, they have followed up with me to see how I am enjoying my new car and they really have shown how much they care about their customers . It is not just face value . :) More

At west hills Kia they treated us extremely well took care of our new-to-us-used car sale quickly as we were in a time crunch, and went above and beyond on their service of us, even when a small break down in communication happened in the service department they were quick to resolve the issue and have our vehicle ready for pickup within a day after the issue was resolved, making sure we had our new vehicle for our marriage retreat. they treated us like family and we won't go anywhere else to buy our vehicles! So thankful for all their hardwork and dedication to us as the customer:) More

Great understanding helpfull staff Our 2009 Kia Borrego was having issues so we took it in. Mathew was so helpful and understanding. He laid out all our options and listened to all our questions. He was very understanding about our situation and always called us back quickly with updates and information. We decided to trade in the Borrego even though we were in LOVE with it. Mathew put us in contact with Chris Rembaugh and Roy Velasquez. Both Chris and Roy were very attentive and caring. They listened to our needs, wants, and must haves and pulled the two cars they thought would fit our budget limits and meet our needs. They did a great job!!! They were VERY patient with my husband who was pretty leery of trading in. When the banks couldn't reach the numbers that my husband wanted Carl, Chris, and Shawn went back to the drawing board and got the numbers that made my husband happy with the car that made me happy. Shawn made the signing of the loan paperwork as painless and quick as possible. I couldn't have asked for a harder working team. As soon as you walk in you feel like your with family and friends. More
