Awesome Customer Service I recently was shopping for a new vehicle. I stopped by KIA at the Westhills complex. I was greeted by Carl Grutzeck ( The sales Mgr. ) Carl called over one of his salesmen Justin Fanony. Carl would tell him cars he thought I might be interested in and Justin would drive me around and show them to me. I went back 3 times to look and finally Carl found the winner! Wonderful Staff I was online browsing the dealership website. I found a car that I had liked. I was not dead set on buying a vehicle but wanted to see what the deal I was online browsing the dealership website. I found a car that I had liked. I was not dead set on buying a vehicle but wanted to see what the dealer ship could work with. I contacted Heather so was very informed on all the vehicles and I did not feel pressured. I made an appointment later on to come and look at the car. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by friendly staff. After meeting with Heather and going over the numbers, I felt like a had made the right decision. I didn't feel pressured I was able to go home and think about it, which was nice. Fix striping on my sorento Josh Vanriet was my car salesman. Ever since the day I purchased my Kia back in feb 2016, josh checks up regularly to make sure everything is ok and i Josh Vanriet was my car salesman. Ever since the day I purchased my Kia back in feb 2016, josh checks up regularly to make sure everything is ok and if I run into him out in public he always takes the time to make sure I'm still happy with my car. Last week the stripping on my wind shield came off and josh got the dealership to call me and set up an apt to fix it and took time of his own to come into the dealership when I was there to make sure I was being taken care of. When we found the car I wanted he took me on a test drive and explained everything the car did in a professional yet easy to understand way. When we got back we flew though the paperwork and I drove out with the perfect car for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I had a wonderful experience, David was very considerate of the fact this was my first car and I needed to be walked though every step. I couldn't be happier with my time there. More

impressed My wife and I came in looking for a truck. My wife bought the truck (Dodge Ram Big Horn)and I ended up leasing a new Kia EV Soul. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! My wife and I were looking at purchasing a KIA Sorento after doing research on new mid size SUVs. We were regretting the usual car buying experience w My wife and I were looking at purchasing a KIA Sorento after doing research on new mid size SUVs. We were regretting the usual car buying experience with the pressure sales when we walked in. Chris Leifort immediately put us at ease and listened to what we were interested in regarding features we desired. He discussed the differences between models and we soon decided on what features we definitely wanted. He took the time to find us the perfect vehicle. It had arrived on the lot while we were test driving a similar model. Chris NEVER gave us the "hard" sell and genuinely seemed to care for our needs. When we decided on the one for us, Chris walked us through the process and continued to answer additional questions even after we had purchased the vehicle. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever been through. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Chris, for their dedication to the customer needs. We have enjoyed our new vehicle immensely for the last few months and expect years of great service from the dealership. Whenever I am in the dealership I make it a point to stop in and see Chris and thank him for his assistance in finding us the right vehicle.
