I was dreading the process and really just wanted my old car brand new again. It was a Toyota but somehow I steered my way on to a KIA lot and found a perfect replacement (in about 10 minutes). The transaction went smoothly and without the anticipated drudgery. Zack was professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic as I handed the keys over for my trade-in. I now am cruising in a KIA!
