West Hills provided me with an excellent loaner car so I was not inconvenienced. West Hills Kia is a class act! More

I will tell you we did our "window shopping"at West Hills Kia, and we're greeted very professionally by Zackery Jones, but other than stay in the foreground if we had a question, we were quite surprised at the lack clinging and when we were done, he allowed us to leave without the usual ploy, let me introduce you to so and so. We continued our search for the perfect car, and talked about Zack for a week. Long story short we discovered the Kia Optima was the one. We never considered going anywhere else but back to Zack! More
