We bought a new KIA EV6 last summer. Customer service was fine while buying the car, but has been terrible since. Scheduled several service department appointments only to show up and they either don't know what they are doing or don't have the part they need or in the latest case don't have the tires in stock that the car needs after we had this long conversation when we made the appointment. We go back the next day to have the new tires put on and once again not the correct tires. Seriously. I'm willing to forgive mistakes, sometimes even incompetence. But I'm not willing to forgive not caring that you made a mistake or are incompetent. Do not buy a car from them. More

Shady even by car dealer standards. Found a car I liked on their website. Called to verify it was still available. Waited about 20 min for someone to check into things and tell me the car was sold "quite a while ago." Classic bait and switch nonsense. I understand that dealers exist to make a profit, but I can't abide by outright lies. When I complained the floor staff guy just turned his back on me and walked away. On the small chance that they weren't lying and something was lost in communication between the Internet sales guy and the floor sales team...then they're still incompetent. Either way, won't be doing business with their dealer network. More
