Previously, I have always dreaded having to deal with car salesmen and dealerships in general. But, I have to admit that my most recent experience could not have gone smoother, unless of course, if they deci salesmen and dealerships in general. My salesman, John Dipasquale (Johnny D), was friendly, pleasant, and informative from start to finish. I think we spent more time talking about our personal lifes than about my truck purchase. That is not totally true because my wish list of options, colors, etc. was a large one, so I think he earned his pay in the hunt process trying to satisfy my needs. Johnny and Doan both made my buying expierience actually enjoyable. I would defenitely recommend both to friends and family and I wiould not hesitate to be a return customer as well. More

His manager above him (forget his name) and john D worked so hard for my husband and I to get two new cars under our budget and our past credit history. took a couple nail biting days but they did it ! not only was John a dealer for us (not his commission) but he was just an overall great man to work with. If we ever buy another car or have anyone who wants a new car My husband and I will definitely recommend they go to doan and ask for John Dipasquale. just fyi- we called many other dealerships around here even out of the area a little and not one told my husband they could do what we want with what we have and for as low as we needed it. thank you doan and John for giving my boys a safe car to drive in. I had questionable credit after my bankruptcy 2 years ago. I was embarrassed but I told my sales person, he told me not to worry bad things happen to good people and that he would do all he could to get ago. My over-all experience from a sales and service standpoint during my recent purchase of a 2013-Chrysler 300 was excellent. My sales person, (Cory DeKruger) was both very proffessional and know standpoint during my recent purchase of a 2013-Chrysler 300 was excellent. With many sales persons you walk away exhausted and having viewed the experience as an adversarial roll, this certainly was not the case with Cory, he is the type of young man that would be an attribute to any corporation. I make these statements having completed a thirty-five year career as the Vice President, of Human Resources a fourtune 500 corporation. Again my congratulation to the management of Doan Chrysler for selecting such a fine young man to represent your firm. AWESOME.... Is one of many words I can use when it comes to Doan Dodge and Jeremy our sales person. First off let me explain the situation we were in. My inlaws were in quite a pickle, their old van a 2001 to Doan Dodge and Jeremy our sales person. First off let me explain the situation we were in. My inlaws were in quite a pickle, their old van a 2001 e150 was simply falling apart and they desperately needed something newer and more reliable. After going to 4 other dealerships, many hours of online shopping and research we still had nothing we could do with the old van. No one would take it as trade and we had no money to put down. To top it all off my inlaws are elderly and have a hard time "wheeling n' dealing" for a good price so my uncle told me to check out Doan. I have not looked back!!! Jeremy and the sales team here is Fast, Friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make you happy. Jeremy explained everything in detail and was honest about everything, which is a hard quality to find in a salesmen these days. Jeremy did not even have us walk the parking lot to look at vehicles (because my inlaws have a hard time getting around) Jeremy drove each vehicle to the front door and let us look at it and test drive. We had him running around like crazy for 4 hours before finally settling on an awesome 2007 grand caravan with low mileage and CLEAN inside. I could eat off the floor of this van. Jeremy never complained, sighed, sucked his teeth or any of the other problems we had at other dealers. Then Jeremy managed to get us TOP DOLLAR for our trade with no money down and a great loan rate with affordable payments. To top it all off a 3 year 36,000 mile powertrain warranty. Thank you Jeremy and Thank you Doan for making my life and that of my inlaws that much easier. They have had the van for a while now and love it more everyday. Thanks again and you will be seeing us soon for an upgrade to our own car when we are ready! More

My experience was very good. Cory is a very good, thorough professional salesman. He was efficient, knowledgable and friendly.
