I asked a friend of mine at Doan Chevy about the vehicle and he recommended Steve Stonehouse as the salesman I should work with at Doan Dodge. I met Steve and test drove the car but didn't buy it . Steve did not attempt to steer me to another vehicle or pressure me to make a sale but asked me to keep him in mind. In September with my 15 year old SUV on it's last legs I returned to Steve Stonehouse and he made me a fine deal on a 2008 GMC Envoy. Steve went out of his way to make sure that a faulty O-2 sensor was repaired as quickly as possible and even worked on his day off to speed the repair and see that all the paperwork for title/registration/insurance etc was completed. My experience with Steve Stonehouse and Doan Dodge was all good and I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle. More

These guys did a great job on making this deal happen it was Friday at 5:30 pm when I walked in to Doan Jeep. Honestly I never would have bought the car had I known how bad everything was going to turn out. There was no "show room detail" on the car and not even any pride in delivery. There was coffee spilled on the front console, black marks all over the inside trunk, greasy fingerprints on the dashboard, and scratches on the bumper. (note the car had only 300 miles on it at time of delivery) I was told "just bring it in anytime and we'll take care of it" and "just drive it right in". I did try to pinpoint a day and Sami kept telling me "anytime, just drive it right in". I brought it in when I had a chance and sure enough they couldn't work on it and I had to make an appt. So I did, and was told it would take 30 minutes. I took a 1/2 day at work ( I work 10 hour days 5-6 days/week and have 2 toddlers so extra time is not easy to come by) 1 1/2 hours later the van was brought out to me by Sami who said "it's all taken care of", but the scratches were still there. When I said that, he said no they were "all buffed out" and have a good day. I said "were they deep because I can still see them", and he said "they were deep but they're all buffed out for you. We even shined your tires", smiling. I am not stupid and I don't appreciate being treated as such. I later spoke to Chris the service manager who was great and he arranged for the van to be picked up at my work, but unfortunately they still couldn't get the scratches out and had to send it for body work. That was supposed to take 2 days and took 3, but was all taken care of then. Sami also told me my wireless headsets would be mailed to me and when I told him someone I knew with the same car had them at delivery, he told me he would take care of it. I never heard from him again, so had to go find him to get them. Pretty much every question I had during the sale of the vehicle he had a quick, wrong answer to. I did try to call the sales manager to talk to him about my problems and to get my "show room detail" but never received any return calls, despite leaving at least 3 messages on 2 different days. 2 of those messages were also concerning my registration that was not done on time, but by coincidence I received the registration in the mail the next day, postmarked the day of the calls. A call back would have been nice, but after the money exchanged hands, the customer service from the sales team goes bye-bye. Again, Chris and also Nick in the service dept were great to work with, even when I was angry and frustrated, and I apologize to them for taking out my frustrations. Sami is not an asset to your company. He really didn't sell me the car, he was just the person there. He is very nice, but needs more training and education about what he is selling. Sadly, Doan was strongly referred to me and I would not refer it to anyone. Doan has already lost business as I work in a bldg full of windows and multiple coworkers noticed Doan come to pick up my week old van and then seeing me drive a loaner car the next week. I didn't NEED to buy a new car, and I wouldn't have had I known how much time and energy this was going to take. My old car was just fine and not taking up any of my very little spare time. I thought getting a new car would keep me from having any problems for a while. More

My experience with Doan Dodge and Jeremy began actually with my mother purchasing a new Jeep Patriot from him. My mother has been incredibly happy with her purchase and she mentioned how I was looking to g with my mother purchasing a new Jeep Patriot from him. My mother has been incredibly happy with her purchase and she mentioned how I was looking to getting a better car than my existing one. Jeremy went through everything with us and worked with us well past the time he was supposed to go home to ensure that we were more than satisfied. First, we played around with trading in my car for a new one but couldn't get it to work. Luckily, Jeremy was able to prevent any feelings of disappointment by showing us some affordable used cars that look like they could've just been released from the factory. He showed my the 2008 Saturn Aura, we took it for a test drive, and within a week I was able to get it for myself. We also worked with George Grass about the financing and he was extremely helpful and thorough about explaining the process to me as I had not purchased a car for myself before. We had started the process knowing that my monthly payments would be increasing but when the car loan was accepted, much to our surprise the payments had gone down! Both my mother and I will be recommending Doan to friends and family looking for a new/used car. More

Everything else was great, he was honest, straightforward, and friendly. He ensured to get us our vehicle to us sooner than what he originally thought so we cuold get going since we had to leave town for a long drive after our purchase. More
